In early 2021, Eclipse Excavation completed the necessary excavation for the Carnahan Glen luxury apartment complex on Spokane’s South Hill. The project was a unique challenge due to its extremely rocky foundation. In order to build, the site required controlled blasting/demolition. The Eclipse Excavation crew worked closely with the blasting crew and site developers to clear the site, blast the required areas, and create the necessary retaining walls for construction. The site developers were extremely pleased with Eclipse Excavation’s attention to detail and expediency to ensure the project was completed on time.

In 2021, Eclipse Excavation completed the pre-construction work and excavation for a 16,000 sq/ft medical office building in Airway Heights. The project included site clearing, grading and leveling along with the development of necessary fire lines, storm drains, sewer trenches and sidewalk outlines. The project prepared the site for the future construction of a new dental office that will serve the growing Airway Heights community.
